The pool was large and clean. staff were helpful and friendly. They decorated our room with flowers for our anniversary! our room was quite big and comfy. the bed had flowers. It was well decorated.

the website listed some policies that were not honored. the hotel manager wouldn't provide transportation to and from the airport, although it was advertised.

Excellent Hotel with Wonderful Pool

large room great tub perfect spot kept grounds

The room was quite large. I appreciated the space. I found a great soaking tub in the bathroom. The staff helped accommodate my request for a room away from the pool. Grounds and pool were nicely maintained.

I noticed a very slight stain on the carpet, otherwise the room was immaculate.

The hotel is located a short tuk-tuk ride from Pub Street at a cost of $2 each way. The setting of the swimming pool gave the impression of swimming in a lake among greenery. The area seemed quiet .

decent stay at the resort

big room chicken soup invalid policy difficult communication

the resort had big rooms. i could play football in them. the bathroom included a huge tub. breakfast was good, especially the chicken soup.

the policies on the website were not valid. the manager refused to provide the transportation from and to the airport, even though it said they offer complementary services both ways. the staff did not speak english so communication was very difficult.
